She is committed to offering a range of treatments tailored to meet your individual needs. Lidia takes pride in her professional approach and more than 20 years of experience.
Lidia is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Massage Therapist, licensed in both Florida and California, with over a decade of massage therapeutical experience in a wide range of massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Myofascial Release, Cold/Hot Stone massages, Himalayan Salt therapies and more. Lidia is dedicated to enhancing client well-being through customized treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and improved mobility. Lidia possesses a strong skill set that includes spa modality treatments, evaluation and assessment of clients’ physical and mental status, treatment planning, and client education,
Lidia’s educational background is robust. She graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, California in 2009 with training as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator. Prior to that, she earned a Medical Assistant certification from Western Career College in San Leandro, California in 2008. She also holds a High School Diploma from Reina de la Paz High School in Lima, Peru where she grew up.
Lidia is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist and California Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator. She also holds certifications as a Certified Home Health Aide in Florida, a Medical Assistant in California, and an Ashiatsu Massage Certificate. Additionally, she is CPR-certified and possesses a Florida Driver’s License.
In her free time, Lidia enjoys physical exercise and workouts, watching movies and historical documentaries, salsa dancing, traveling, and enjoying the abundance of restaurants, live music, and social activites in historical St. Augustine, where she lives.
